It's A Secret Academy
Giving an internal training programme the presentation of a published magazine.
- Role
- Brand side — in-house marketing work. Not an AG&CO. client engagement.
- Scope
- Editorial concept, cover design, programme presentation
- Format
- Print and digital editorial
The assignment
Internal education material is usually treated as a deck. It gets read once and forgotten.
The brief was to make a training programme feel like something worth keeping.
The thinking
We presented the academy as an issued publication — volume numbering, a cover, a masthead. The format signals that the content has been edited rather than assembled.
The visual register borrows from beauty editorial rather than corporate training: glossy stock, restrained type, one image doing all the work.
Format is a credibility signal. Call it a volume and people treat it like one.
